The Stable
Dyffryn Farm is in an area of outstanding beauty of rural Mid-Wales and ‘The Stable’ is the perfect place to stay and the ideal base to explore this un-spoilt area of ‘Wild Wales’ for a true getaway.
The Stable is a beautifully converted 1-bed self-catering cottage with a small south east facing garden/patio. Inside you will find a charming stone walled cottage with a wood burning stove and a characterful bedroom with high ceiling and exposed original beams.
Downstairs
A cosy and characterful open plan living, dining and kitchen space. You walk through the front entrance (through what was original the muck shoot) in to a small hall where you can hang up your coat and store your shoes/boots. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, wood burner and dining table/chairs and a television. A selection of games and books are provided. The tastefully fitted kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and storage space. Laundry facilities are available upon request. An enclosed stair-well leads to the bedroom upstairs and French doors lead to the garden/patio area.
Upstairs
Through an enclosed staircase, you enter a well-proportioned double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet. The walls are of stone with an exposed wooden ceiling and original roof beams.
Outside
Small patio/garden with table, chairs and a barbeque. Dyffryn farm is set in 24 acres of farm land including fields, woods and wetland.
